Please allow up to 5 business days for your printed graphics and up to 3 business days for boat names to be shipped. We aim to send our orders as soon as possible, but we are a small team and have limited stock. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
You will receive a tracking code once the order is shipped. For more accurate delivery times, visit the Australia Post website.
Returns
Since our products are custom-made, especially for you, and can only be applied once, we do not accept returns. If your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the order so we can send a replacement.
All our graphics are easy to apply yourself, and we have detailed instructions on how to do so here. If you run into trouble during the application process and need some help, hello@boatsignsaustralia.com.au.
We are so convinced anyone can apply our graphics successfully that if for any reason it didn’t go well, let us know and we will send you new graphics for free.
